How do I access EWG’s virtual Earth Day Celebration?

This year, we are excited to host EWG’s virtual Earth Day Celebration program through a livestream venue called Looped. All event ticket holders will receive an email on April 21, the day of the event, with a link and instructions on how to access the livestream venue to watch the program.

What’s the best browser to use for accessing the Looped virtual venue to view the program?

The Looped virtual venue is optimized for use via your computer using the Google Chrome browser.

What if I have questions or need help once I’m in the virtual venue?

If you have questions or need help at any time during the event, please click the small question mark icon in the top right-hand corner of the Looped window to be connected instantly to the Looped customer support team. You can also go to the settings menu (by clicking the three small lines in the upper right-hand corner of the Looped window) to access controls for your camera and microphone for the event.

Can I change the volume of the program in the virtual venue?

Yes. Just hover your mouse over the bottom of the main livestream window at any time to see a slider that lets you control the volume of the show.

I am a ticket holder (ticket levels $50-$5,000) – what features do I have access to in the Looped virtual venue during the event?

As a ticket holder, you have access to the entire virtual Earth Day celebration. In addition, you will have access to the chat, where you can take part in the global text chat, which is visible to everyone who attends the event. To access the chat feature: On the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, you’ll see a series of tabs that give you access to various event features, including the chat. Click the Chat button to take part in the global text chat.

I am a part of a VIP Host virtual watch party. How do I access my private viewing suite in Looped?(Note: Only attendees who are a part of a VIP Host virtual watch party, a benefit of ticket levels $10,000 or more, have access to Suites.)

Once you’re in the Looped virtual venue, on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, you will see a series of tabs giving you access to various event features. Click on Suites to see the different suites you have access to where you can video chat with other attendees. When you have joined a suite, you will also see the suite chat option, which allows you to text chat with everyone else in that suite.

Once inside the suites

How to toggle your camera and microphone on and off, adjust the volume and exit the suite.

Near the lower right-hand corner of your screen, you will see the control panel, where you can toggle your mic and camera on and off in your suites, as well as adjust the suite volume. This is where you will also see a button to exit the suite. Click the Exit Suite button to leave the suite you’re in and move to a different suite, if applicable.

How to chat with the people in your suite ONLY:

When you are in a suite, you’ll also see the suite chat, where you can text chat with other people in that suite only.
