Directions from Packaging

Recommended for everyday laundering. Effective in all water temperatures. Add to the fabric softener dispenser and launder as follows. Top/Front Loading | Regular Cycle 4 capfuls / 1/8 cup / 30ml / 1 oz. 16 washes
