City of Celina

NOTE: City of Celina purchases water from Utrwd Regional Water Treatment Plant which is required to test for trichlorofluoromethane. Sample information shown below was taken by Utrwd Regional Water Treatment Plant.

Trichlorofluoromethane (Freon 11) is a refrigerant, solvent and aerosol propellant banned in 2000 under the Montreal Protocol because of its ozone-depleting properties. Freons can cause heart, nervous system and liver damage.
