Directions from packaging:

AM: After cleansing and toning, use the pre-packaged spatula to scoop a small amount from jar onto finger, then apply to face and/or under eye area, and leave on for 10 minutes or longer (rinse spatula clean for next use). Rinse off thoroughly. Follow with a Bioelements broad spectrum sunscreen.
