Directions from packaging:

Step 1: Cleanse hair with the Alodia Nourish and Hydrate Conditioning Shampoo. Step 2: Section clean, wet hair and generously apply the Nourish and Hydrate Deep Conditioning Treatment. Use a wide tooth comb to gently detangle hair from ends to root. Step 3: Leave in hair 5-10 minutes and rinse.
