Directions from packaging:

Step away from shower stream and scoop out two shellfulls or generously scoop out with fingers the scrub in to your hand. Apply to wet skin with hands or wash cloth. Rub over body skin in circular motions for 30-45 seconds; don't apply to the face. Rinse off scrub. Pat or air dry with towel. Use only 1-2 times a week, as needed
