Directions from packaging:
Add a few drops on dry or wet hair for shine and moisture, depending on hair length and style as usual. For hot oil treatment, add a few drops or more to your conditioner and let it sit under a shower cap for a minimum of 15 minutes – thick/curly/coily textures rinse with cold water, fine/straighter textures wash hair with sulfate free shampoo. For hair growth, apply a couple of drops to the scalp and massage in circular motion, do not rinse.
