Run a warm bath and stir in 1 full cup or approx 250g of the Crystal Salt. Add in 5-6 drops of a Moor Spa Aromabalance blend of your choice. Make sure that the bath is not too hot as this can cause excessive fatigue. Simply relax in the bath for 20 minutes.
