sea salt, salt, epsom salt, oats, fractionated coconut oil, sunflower oil, apricot oil, avocado oil, macadamia oil, castile soap, beeswax, rosemary oil extract, neem seed oil, natural vitamin e oil, grapefruit essential oil, black pepper essential oil, wintergreen essential oil, cypress essential oil, juniper berry essential oil, lemon essential oil.

Directions from packaging:

Wet skin. Apply small amount to affected areas by rubbing in a circular/upward motion. Use medium pressure. Rinse off and pat dry gently. Use this 3x a week combined with the Massage Oil. Or 4-5x a week alone. Expect results in 2 - 3 months when using this scrub--along with lifestyle and dieting changes.
