horsetail grass, peppermint, raspberry leaf, rosehips, stevia, white oak bark, dandelion, thyme

Directions from packaging:

This herbal blend is used to help strengthen the gums (bleeding and pyorrhea-type infections of the gums) and assist in tightening loose teeth. Will brighten tooth luster and make mouth healthier. Dip soft toothbrush in powder. Brush gently down on uppers and up on lower teeth. Take mouthful of water. Swish well, swallow (herbs have wonderful health benefits). Repeat as needed. Herb pieces can be left in mouth. Can floss to get herb pieces from between teeth. In severe cases place powder at damaged area (mix with water in palm to make little "pills". Can leave on all night, six nights a week(as well as brushing 2 or 3 times daily) until improvement is evident. Then continue regular brushing.
