Directions from packaging:

Starting at the root of your lash to lengthen, sweep on a first serving of Eyelash Icing in a zig-zag motion If you gotta have more, apply a first serving on the other side, then frost on a second serving of Icing to the first set of lashes. When you re ready to de-frost, gently rub our Lip Whip Remover on lashes to remove they are vegan and safe for eyes, too!
