Directions from packaging:

Open pouch and apply mask from tips to roots on wet or dry hair, combing through if necessary. Can be used before or after shampooing for a rich, calming and conditioning treatment. Leave mask on hair for 3-5 minutes, allowing the creamy clay to penetrate and go to work while you continue your shower routine. You can even sing a little tune if you want, we won't judge. Rinse mask out of hair (or shampoo if used before washing your hair) and condition as normal, or just hop on out and get on with your day! That's right, this luxurious soothing mask can be used in place of conditioner.

ABOUT THE SKIN DEEP® RATINGS

EWG provides information on personal care product ingredients from the published scientific literature, to supplement incomplete data available from companies and the government. The ratings below indicate the relative level of concern posed by exposure to the ingredients in this product - not the product itself - compared to other product formulations. The ratings reflect potential health hazards but do not account for the level of exposure or individual susceptibility, factors which determine actual health risks, if any.
