Directions from packaging:

Apply both morning and evening after cleansing and before moisturisers and Facial Oils. Apply 2-3 pumps to finger tips and smooth into facial skin, neck and d colletage with gentle stroking movements focusing on areas of discoloration. Can be applied over the orbital bone, and around the eye contour area. Suitable for all skin types.
