Directions from packaging:
Use in shower, bath or spa treatment. Scoop between fingers, apply to we skin and gently massage in a circular motion, focusing on rough areas. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Warnings from packaging:
*Test small amount on wrist before use. Avoid use on any cuts, shaved skin, or delicate areas. Do not exfoliate if skin is sunburned or irritated for any reason. Be careful not to fall on wet or slippery areas caused by the scrub. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Avoid using on the face.
