Directions from packaging:

Using clean hands, apply as needed to cleansed/treated skin with light blending strokes until face is covered to desired look.Apply liberally on the face and neck prior to sun exposure. Some doctors recommend applying sun block the night before and again in the morning to build up a reservoir of sun protection in the skin. Reapply every 90 minutes, after swimming, excessive perspiring or anytime after towel drying. Limiting sun exposure, wearing protective clothing, and using sunscreens as directed. may reduce the risks of skin aging, skin cancer, and other harmful effects of the sun when used as directed.
