Directions from packaging:

Scoop out a very small amount with a clean finger or cotton swab and apply over area. For cleaning inside necks and other folds, smoothe throughout area and then wipe off. For soothing and/or moisturizing, simply massage into skin. For use as a mosture barrier and rash prevention, shmear a small amount over the area and leave as you would an ointment.
