Directions from packaging:

Apply sparingly to damp skin and massage gently for 1-2 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Use 2-3 times a week depending on skin sensitivity. If skin is extra senstiive, mix with equal parts of the Hydrating Cream Cleanser to provide a gentler exfoliation. Can also be used as a deep cleansing clay mask - simply leave on teh skin for 10-20 minutes. Rinse wiht warm water.
