Directions from packaging:

Apply evenly on clean face and neck. Do not use around eyes or on eyelids. Wash hands after application. For light/medium skin tones, recommend applying once a day. For medium/dark skin tones, recommend applying twice a day.

Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin aging, skin cancer and other harmful effects to the skin, even if you do not burn. Use product only as recommended.
