Directions from packaging:

Cleanse and exfoliate skin with Sublime Bronze Sunless Scrub. Apply evenly all over body as you would a lotion. Use sparingly around ankles, knees, and elbows. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Let skin dry before putting on clothes. Use daily until you have achieved the desired level of tan, and then apply 1-2 times a week. Best if used within 6 months of purchase.

This product contains Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of sin-aging, skin cancer and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn. Use sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
