Directions from packaging:

Use as a hand wash, face wash and body wash. To use as a face wash, apply a moderate amount to the skin and rinse with warm water. You can also use a pump bottle to transform liquid into light and airy foam for gentle cleansing experience. To use as a body wash, pour a moderate amount onto your hands or sponge. Then lather up, scrub down and rinse off.
