Directions from packaging:
In Shower: Wet skin thoroughly, then turn off the water. Gently massage your skin with the salt mixture, using a circular motion. Always work toward the heart. Begin with your feet and work up. Work from your hands inward, and then from your face down. Rinse thoroughly and lightly pat yourself dry. In Bath: Dissolve the desired amount of salt scrub in the bath water and enjoy. Or wet skin thoroughly, use salt scrub as described above and slip into the tub and soak.
