How to Use: 1. Castor Oil Pack:saturate a flannel square with the oil. Place the flannel over your entire abdomen. Cover with plastic wrap or towel. Rest and relax for up to 1.5 hours. Repeat 3-4 times per week. 2. Castor oil T-shirt: before bed place a dollar coin size of the oil in your palm, and gently rub onto your entire abdomen, paying special attention over your liver, Put on an old T- Shirt, Relax, and enjoy a blissful night of soothing sleep. Repeat 3-4 times per week.
