Directions from packaging:

Apply after Anti-Aging Face and Eye Serums. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and blend well in circular motions to ensure the best absorption. Reapply after swimming or sweating, or at least every two hours if prolonged sun exposure is expected.
