Directions from packaging:

May be used as any other lotion - several times a day and as needed to maintain healthy skin. Apply to dry skin on feet and lower legs twice daily for 14 days or until significant improvement is observed. Application may then be reduced to once daily. Massage gently around cracks and sores.

For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid massaging directly onto open wounds. Avoid contact with eyes.
