Directions from packaging:

This cream is so concentrated, you only need a thin layer over each stretch mark (like finger painting). Apply three times a day for 12 weeks for maximum benefits. The changes occure gradually oer the 12 weeks so we advise taking a before and after photo so you can fully celebrate the change.

Avoid Eyes, For external use only. Goodbye Stretch Marks is safe to use when pregnant or nursing but if nursing, do please avoid the nipple area.
