Directions from packaging:

Apply 1 or 2 pumps to wet hands. Gently massage onto face and neck with circular motion. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, and pat dry. Repeat to remove heavier make-up. Leaves skin feeling comfortable and not dry. Use twice daily for optimal results.
