Directions from packaging:
Use twice a day for 6-8 weeks for maximum results. Gently massage Mama Mio Skin Tight Toning Serum on all crepey areas Tice daily. If using with Mama Mio Goodbye stretch Marks or Shrink to Fit Cream, use Skin Tight Toning Serum first, followed by any of the other Mama Mio products, The simple rule on skincare layering is use the thickest products last.! If you are breastfeeding, simply avoid the nipple area - your baby doesn't need Skin Tight Toning Serum!
