Directions from packaging:
Apply liberally to body, smoothing evenly into skin, Wash hands after application and allow body to dry several minutes before dressing. Subtle color will appear within 24 hours and will gradually build with daily use. For best results use daily as your body lotion until your desired color is achieved. Continue to use as needed, alternating with your favorite regular Nature's Gate Lotion, to maintain your glowing tan.

Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin aging, skin cancer, and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn.
