Line upper lid close to lashes. For extra definition, line lower lashes from mid-lashline to outer corner of eye. Sharpener: Pull out sharpener from end of pencil. Twist pencil to expose color tip. Insert color tip in white sharpener and turn gently. Remove easily with ColorStay Eye & Lip Makeup Remover.
