Senate Misses Chance for Real Reform of Federal Crop Insurance Program

The Senate missed an opportunity today to make real reforms to the federal crop insurance program when it voted to end debate on the farm bill and move the legislation to final passage next week, the Environmental Working Group said in a statement.
