Emily, a native of California, is EWG’s current Stabile Law Fellow. She works on issues surrounding government regulations and consumer protection advocacy, and provides support to the in-house counsel. She graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in May 2017 with a focus on environmental law. Deeply committed to environmental and community resilience, she worked as a policy analyst with the Georgetown Climate Center, served as chair of the Equal Justice Foundation, was president of the Georgetown Environmental Law Society, and interned with the Department of Justice and the Environmental Protection Agency, as well as several public interest groups, while attending Georgetown. Emily holds a B.A. in global studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara. When not at EWG, Emily is likely riding her bike around the city in search of tasty menus and obscure photo ops, or planning her next backpacking trip to the Sierra Nevada mountains.
