Directions from packaging:

Shake contents before each use. Gently massage small amount of Luna onto skin. Dampen a clean washcloth with warm water; wring it out and gently wipe away makeup – even eye makeup. Follow with blume facial wash and choice of blume toner. For use as night oil, gently massage small amount of Luna onto clean face neck and décolletage to soothe and plump skin. Remove excess with cotton balls, if needed. Not for daytime use.
