Directions from packaging:
Apply ointment morning and night to dry, cracked heels or soles. For fastest results, rub dry or hardened areas with a warm, wet washcloth between applications to promote exfoliation. Once skin is smooth and soft, apply ointment two or three times weekly for maintenance.

WarningsFor external use only. Avoid eye contact. If eye contact occurs, flush with cool water. Keep away from children. Do not use on open or abraded skin. Wash hands after use.
