Directions from packaging:
Put 1/2 lb (227 grams) of bath salt in bathtub and add enough warm water to cover the salt. In 1/2 hour the salt should dissolve, but you could speed up the dissolution by stirring the water. Fill up the bathtub with more warm water and bathe for 30 minutes. Do not rub dry after the bath. Gently pat your skin and allow the body to air dry.
