Directions from packaging:

Pull off cap and push end-button to load brush with PowderBlock. Apply generously and uniformly before sun exposure. Children under six months of age: ask a doctor. Re-apply after perspiring, immersion in water, or toweling. Apply carefully around nose to prevent inhalation. Works best on moisturized skin. Let moisturizer dry before applying to avoid clogging brush. Be sure to completely cover all exposed areas. Do not skimp. To clean bristles: use rubbing alcohol and cotton ball.
