Directions from packaging:To moisturize dry skin: apply after bathing, showering, sunning or swimming. Massage gently into the dry skin areas. To treat scars, skin blemishes, stretch marks and wrinkled skin: apply twice daily directly to the areas needing treatment. Massage gently in a circular motion until absorbed. Use for a minimum of 3 months. For stretch marks during pregnancy: apply twice daily from the first trimester until after birth.
