Directions from packaging:
To use: Mix one spoonful with your choice of liquid: water, yogurt, honey, milk, juice, etc. Once or twice a week, apply to cleansed skin, avoiding delicate eye area.
Leave for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.
