Directions from packaging:This is for those that need heavy spot coverage to conceal scars and acne, etc. It has a matte finish and a neutral undertone. It is best for medium to dark skin. You can also mix it with your foundation to give a heavier coverage, or use it as a finishing powder for a more matte finish with oil-absorbing properties.
