Directions from packaging:Apply small amount over moisturizer or alone if your skin is oily before applying make-up. Let it sit for a few seconds then apply Mineral make-up. The Primer evens skin tone and texture, and provides a great silky smooth surface for the mineral make-up. Helps it last all day.
