Directions from packaging:

Shake before use. Spray onto hair while shielding face with one hand. If required use water to remove “sticky spray” on face. Apply as needed and allow to dry naturally or use a low heat hair dryer. May be used with the Herbal Choice Hair Styling & Repair Oil, Hair Gel or Conditioning Rinse.
