Directions from packaging:
Apply to wet skin in the shower. Using a small amount of scrub, rub on skin to lightly exfoliate and moisturize at the same time. Minimize water in the product by turning shower off prior to using and rinsing after the lid has been secured. A Little gies a long way. If irritation on sensitive skin area occurs, discontinue use in that area.
