Directions from packaging:Shake until well blended before each use. Apply small amount to hands and gently massage for One Minute concentrating on problem skin and nail bed area. Rinse well and pat dry. Finish by rubbing hands and fingers to stimulate essential oils. Apply onto feet or body and follow similar routine. Recommended Use: Can be used daily. Initial week use morning and night.
