Apply a generous amount twice daily to cellulite prone areas. Absorbs quickly into skin. Measuring Instructions: 1. Front Rise: Measure from center crotch to waist. 2. Inseam: Measure from center crotch all the way down one leg to the hem. 3. Leg Opening: Measure circumference of leg opening. All measurements in inches. Please be aware that rise, inseam and leg opening measurements are taken from shorts/capris lying flat. Neoprene fabric will stretch. Capris have an adjustable velcro hook and loop closure which allows for even more flexibility.
