Directions from packaging:Face & Neck and/or Legs, Feet, Arms, Body, etc. Massage masque onto area. Let dry (ace 15 mn/body 30 min) Exfoliate with warm, wet washcloth. Use 1-2 times per week. Temporary reness may occur due to increased circulation. Follow with BFTE: Moist (face) or Just Coconut
