Directions from packaging:

A soothing soak after child birth to help heal tears, slow bleeding and reduce perineal swelling and hemorrhoids. Put a handful of sitz bath into 1/2 gal. of hot water. Steep 20 minutes. Strain into a sitz bath pan or shallow tube. Makes 5-6 baths.
