Directions from packaging:

Natural Beach Colours is a soft creme enabling you to evenly apply this unique sunless tanner. The area(s) of application should be cleansed/exfoliated and dry. Use lesser amounts on knees, elbows and knuckles. Standard application is once daily for 4 days. There is no reason to avoid sun exposure after use.
