Directions from packaging:
Bath Use: Place one to three tablespoon in bath under running water. Shower Use: Lather and rinse then turn off the shower and place about a tablespoon of salts on a mitt or sponge and smooth over skin then shower to rinse. Follow with one of our moisturizing creams.
