Directions from packaging:

Before applying Instant Eyelift remove all make-up and clean skin with plenty of facial cleanser. Shake bottle vigorously before use. Test the lotion on your palm. If the texture of the lotion is gritty, continue shaking the bottle. Place a small amount on your middle finger. In a crescent shape motion, apply one to three strokes to form a thin layer under the eye. The strokes should start at the inner area under the eye and move towards the hairline. Once applied look straight ahead and try not to make any facial movements such as smiling or talking for at least 2-3 minutes or until the lotion has dried. You will feel a tightening of the skin that may last 2-3 minutes.

WarningsFor external use only. Keep away from eyes, lips and mouth. In case of contact with any of these areas, immediately flush with plenty of clean, lukewarm water. Not recommended for children under 15 years. Keep out of reach of children. In the case of allergic reaction or irritation immediately discontinue use. This product must not be rubbed or touched after application. Proper to use test product on small area of skin, wait 24 hours and if no allergic reaction occurs then continue as per directions.
