Directions from packaging:

-Step 1: Once a week, apply the medical-grade hypoallergenic adhesive mask to a clean and completely dry face by first removing the backing of the upper half face mask including the forehead, nose, and temple section. Gently press the mask onto the forehead, and over the nose and temples. Repeat with the lower half face mask applying this section from the cheeks down to the chin.-Step 2: Leave the mask in place for five minutes and then very gently peel each half of the mask off beginning on one side and continuing across the face.-Step 3: Following removal of the mask, apply the specially formulated Ultra Gentle Hydrating Booster that provides an intensive dose of hyaluronic acid to help rehydrate, smooth, and illuminate skin. If additional moisturization is desired, apply appropriate moisturizer from the daily regimen collection.
