Directions from packaging:

Open 1 pouch and add salts to a basin or tub of comfortably hot water. Immerse your feet and the special buffer into the solution. Soak and relax for at least 10 minutes. Towel dry your feet and immediately use the wet buffer to gently buff away stubborn dead skin from corns and calluses.
